According
to the BCA Divisional
By-Laws,
the objects of the Division shall be to
accomplish within the Division the following:
1- To improve the breed through encouragement of effort directed toward approach to, or attainment of, the degree of excellence set forth in the standard of the Bulldog breed.
2-To stimulate interest in competitive public showings of Bulldogs
3- To further the interests of the breed
4- To work for the general good of breeders, owners and exhibitors of Bulldogs.
The Division shall be governed under the Constitution, By-Laws and Divisional By-Laws by a Board of Governors consisting of the Divisional Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and at least three but not more than five other members elected as Governors by the Division. (BCA Division I has five elected Governors) The Board of Governors shall constitute the Nominating Committee.
Meetings of the Board of Governors shall be held quarterly at such time and place as may be agreeable to a majority of the Board.
The Board members (Officers and Governors) and Councilors for the 2010-2011 biennium are:
